Vineyard area: blend of grapes and must sourced from various areas within the Colli Orientali del Friuli, Isonzo, and Grave DOC zones.

Vinification process

Fermentation: at 15°C in stainless steel fermenters
Maturation: in stainless steel  
Bottling: in late winter
Alcohol 12.5%

Wine description

Appearance: straw yellow with pale green highlights.
Bouquet: releases appealing apple and pear aromas, with hints of spring blossoms.
Palate: light and graceful, with moderate acidity; a rounded, seductive wine overall.

Serving suggestions

Superb as an aperitif, as well with antipasti of raw fish, oysters, and tartufi di mare (warty Venus), or with sauced and poached fish; and with soups, creams, and mushroom-based dishes.
Serve at 12–14°C.
