Vineyard area: blend of grapes and must sourced from various areas within the Colli Orientali del Friuli, Isonzo, and Grave DOC zones.

Vinification process

Fermentation: at 15°C in stainless steel fermenters
Maturation: in steel  
Bottling: in late winter
Alcohol 12.5%

Wine description

Appearance: straw yellow with pale green highlights
Bouquet: delicate and aromatic, showing crisp citrus and pungent herbs such as sage and mint, with a hint of herbaceous tomato leaf and green pepper
Palate: varietally faithful and delicious, with lively acidity; an appealing, tasty wine overall.

Serving suggestions

Superb as an aperitif, as well with antipasti of raw fish, oysters, and tartufi di mare (warty Venus), or with sauced and poached fish; and with soups, creams, and medium-aged and blue cheeses.

Serve at 12–14°C.
